Main features:
  • integer-N and fractional-N modes;
  • integrated dithering to minimize spurs;
  • prescaler with 4/5, 8/9, 16/17, 32/33 coefficients;
  • serial (SPI) interface;
  • direct mode for setting integer-N divider with pins;
  • RF bandwidth up to 3 GHz; reference frequency up to 250 MHz;
  • phase detector frequency up to 100 MHz;
  • Two power supply 3.3 V ±5 % or 1.8 V ±5 % (optionally); 48-pin LQFP package.
