Exposition of the International Specialized Exhibition "Import Replacement-2018" gathered on a single site companies of various industries and spheres of activity, among which there were more than 20 participants representing the electronic industry. Our company took part for the first time at the "Import Replacement", exhibition to present key areas of its activities, such as:

- Development and manufacturing of receiving, transmitting modules, generators, synthesizers and other radioelectronic devices;
- Serial production of HF and UHF filters various products based on them;
- Services of testing laboratory.

The noticeable interest of the visitors of the "Radioсomp" stand was caused both by the fact of own production from a private company created for the serial production of passive analog devices in the frequency range from tens of megahertz to 26.5 GHz - filters, diplexers, multiplexers and other products, and presented products.

Most of the guests' questions concerned not only the list of manufactured devices, but also the geographic location of the production base, technological features of production and equipment, as well as the capabilities of our Testing Laboratory. 

At the stand of our company for the first time the robotic workplace of check, rejection (sorting) of electronic components was demonstrated. Also, the company "Radiocomp" presented a new direction of its activity - "Software implementation of signal processing algorithms in radio engineering systems."

The conclusions we made on the basis of participation in a seemingly non-profile exhibition:
- "Live" dialogue with colleagues and partners, potential customers and other stakeholders is the most important factor for assessing the prospects for the development of the company's commercial activities and the opportunity to look at your company "from outside", including
-    complex development tasks related not only to the increase in production, technological capacities and production volumes, but also to the need to change the management structure of the company, increasing the requirements for the competence of personnel, the rapidly growing, now an industrial company, which we have become and see ourselves in the future.
