Polyfet has been shipping in volume High Power RF Mosfet Transistors employing both State of the Art LDMOS (Lateral) and VDMOS (Vertical) silicon gate technologies since 1988. The company focuses on providing highperforming, broad band, power transistors and power modules to the military, commercial, and medical markets.

In 2011 Polyfet has expanded its line of GaN devices, while continuing to manufacture VDMOS and LDMOS devices and has started to offer broad band evaluation amplifiers and power modules utilizing GaN technology.
